These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Jersey Delights Photography. No contract exists between you and us for the sale of any goods until we have accepted your order and have received payment in full. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Data Protection - we promise to respect your privacy and confidentiality. We collect information about you for two reasons: first, to process your order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure and we will not share information about you with any other organisation. All photographs will be held on our system funtil such time as you wish for them to be removed. This allows you to request any further copies in the future. We will not pass on information about you to a third party. You agree not to upload any photograph or image which infringes on the rights of any third party. You agree not to post unlawful, offensive or objectionable messages in our feedback page. You agree not to reproduce, sell or exploit any photographic or written content from jerseydelights.com or jerseydelightsphotography.com.
Copyright - You must ensure the material does not infringe on any third parties copyright, patent or trademark. We reserve the right to refuse any work that may already be copyrighted material, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Music - Music makes such a difference to your slide show and plays an important part. If you have the music on a CD or hard disc please E-Mail, ‘Upload’ or post it to us with details of your chosen tracks. If you don't have the music you require we may be able to download it legally through the Internet. Should we have any problems we will contact you and request that you supply a second choice.
Price - Every effort is made to ensure that prices shown on our web site are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. Besides the price, you may be required to pay a delivery charge for the goods.
Payment - Orders will be processed at the current prices at the time of ordering. Your payment must be received by us prior to work commencing. We use PayPal to take payment on your credit & debit cards to ensure the highest security is met.
Loss or Damage - We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your photographs/photo media whilst in the hands of the postal service. In the very unlikely event of loss or damage after receipt to us we will refund a maximum replacement value of up to £50.
Cancellation - Due to the customised nature of our goods, we are unable to accept cancellations on personalised products once payment has been made. If your goods do not conform with the approved proof please contact us and return the goods within 30 days. We will arrange a replacement or a refund for you.
Delivery - We aim to deliver your order within 7 days of receipt, but please allow up to 14 days. This may change due to workloads and seasonal variations, if we do have any delays we will inform you and advise of a revised completion date. Estimated date of dispatch will be confirmed with your order confirmation we send you by email. If your order is not available for delivery after 14 days you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund of monies paid to us. The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order. If delivery cannot be made to your address for reasons under our control we will inform you as soon as possible and refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for delivery. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after your order has been accepted. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Faulty DVD - All DVD's are tested prior to dispatch but some DVD players favour specific formats i.e. DVD+R or DVD-R. In the unlikely event your copy of the DVD will not play, we ask you to return it to us and we will replace it free of charge.
Complaint - In the very unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the finished product and we did not carry out your instructions properly, please return the goods and contact us to see if we can rectify the problem. If we are unable to satisfy your order to your requirements, we will refund the monies paid to us. The order will be cancelled.
